Important Info / FAQs
PLEASE READ EXHIBITOR POLICIES/PROCEDURES HERE
Booth space: Each booth is 6' long and you will have approximately 10 square feet of space. Tables are skirted and come with two chairs. We do not have drapery, but you may set up a pop-up banner, or any other exhibitor displays so long as they do not extend into your neighbor's space.
Hearses/larger displays: Do you want to bring in a hearse or another display that goes beyond 10 square feet? Please call the office at (608) 256-1757
Electricity: Electricity is optional and costs $150 for both days, which includes a power strip/extension cord. If you need electricity for your booth, please register your booth/sponsorship level first. Then, come back and "register" again on this page by selecting the "Electricity for Booth" ticket option.
Additional Booth Reps: Each booth allows for 2 booth reps. If you wish to bring more than 2 people to the event, please purchase a ticket for them ($100 per person). You will register your booth/sponsorship level first. Then, come back and "register" again on this page by selecting the "Additional Booth Rep" ticket option.
Shipping to the Venue:
- If you are shipping any packages to the Conference Center, please allow 3 business days. Please list the name and date of your event. There is a storage fee of $20 per package, per day, for packages arriving more than 7 days prior to your event.
- Packages weighing more than 50 pounds or need special security, heating or cooling, will be an additional charge.
- The Conference Center is not responsible for any lost or missing packages.

Glacier Canyon Policies and Procedures:
- Please help the venue recycle by breaking down all boxes when you arrive and leave. A station will be put in the room you are in where cardboard should be placed. Please throw only garbage in the garbage cans.
- No deep fryers or electric griddles are allowed.
- Tape, thumb tacks and nails are not permitted to be used to place anything on the walls.
- Office supplies are not provided. Copies and faxes are available at an additional charge.
- OSHA requires that the Wilderness Territory has on file a Material Safety Data Sheet for any chemical brought into the facility. Exhibitors displaying or using any chemicals are required to provide MSDS sheets for any chemical they are using.
- Displays cannot block any marked fire exit doors, extinguishers, or hallways.
