Caroline Bowers, Executive Director
Caroline manages the daily operations of the association including communications, events, continuing education, advocacy efforts and website management.
Caroline has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She has spent over a 15 years working in nonprofit management. Her strengths fall within fundraising, event planning, strategic planning, and marketing and communications.
Heather Kramer, Financial Specialist
Heather handles the association's financials, district dues, insurance policies, and budget.
Heather is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and has over 14 years of experience in the bookkeeping and executive administration fields. Many of these years were spent supporting Boards of Directors for non-profits, CEO's, and Program Specialists and throughout Wisconsin.
Victoria Donahue, Senior Meeting Planner
Victoria handles planning of WFDA's large scale events including the annual convention and the fall conference.
Victoria brings over 18 years of experience in event planning and management, ranging from committee meetings to events for up to 1,500 attendees.
Becky Koch, Event Coordinator
Becky supports WFDA's event planning needs. She helps with venue selection, speaker engagement, and more!
Becky earned her Associates Degree for Meeting and Event Management and has since put her education to use by working in meeting planning for associations, non-profit organizations, and hotels.
